CONDITIONS OF RENTAL:

You may pick up your key between 2 pm and 4 pm the day before the event. It must be returned by 1 pm the day after the event. There is a $250 key deposit and a credit card number to be put on file due at time of pick-up.

Nothing may be affixed to walls with nails, tacks, staples, or glue. Ribbons and string are acceptable.

Your rental includes (50) white chairs, (10) six-foot tables, (2) 30” tables. Set-up and take-down are your responsibility. Carriers for each are supplied.

One footed 3-candle candelabrum is also available for your use.

Trash cans and liners are provided. A dumpster is available in the Lighthouse Park parking lot for overflow. Please use it.

Full Payment due one month prior to event date. There is a $3 per vehicle charge for parking inside the State Park – a check may be sent in advance for your guests vehicles. Please make the check out to H.O.S.P.

If your event is after the park closes at sunset, there is a $60.00 night security fee for the first 2 hours (2 hr. min.) and a $30.00 per hour fee for each additional hour. The security fee is due at the time of key pick-up.
WHEN YOU ARE THROUGH WITH YOUR RENTAL:

Set air handler thermostat to 80 degrees.

Switch all lights and fans to “off.”

Lock all three (3) chapel doors and two (2) restroom doors.

Remove all rental equipment within 12 hours of rental.

Return the chapel key to the Lighthouse by 1pm. Once the Chapel and equipment has been inspected, your deposit will be mailed to you.

All bagged trash to be placed in garbage bins in Lighthouse parking area.

Please leave the chapel in the condition in which you found it.
You are enjoying the use of an historic building. Please treat it accordingly.
I accept full responsibility for leaving the chapel and restrooms properly secured following my event. Any damage or vandalism that may occur to the chapel or restroom interiors or to the equipment provided as a result of the event will be the liability of the renter; and the renter agrees to pay any expenses incurred to repair/restore the chapel, restrooms, and/or equipment.
