Boca Grande Lighthouse Porch Weddings
Thank you for your interest in holding your nuptials at Boca Grande Lighthouse. The front porch is available for such functions during normal hours of operation, 8 a.m. to sunset (park closing), and after park closing for an additional fee. Porch maximum capacity is 30 people. The rental is for a 2 hour period, including setting up and taking down decorations.
The non-refundable fee for use of the porch is $100.00 + $6.00 tax = $106.00 payable to Boca Grande Lighthouse Museum. Reservations are tentative until full payment is received.
If the event is after sunset a park ranger must be hired at $30.00/hr with a 2 hr. minimum.
The Lighthouse is a national monument and as such is open to the public. While we cannot ask our many visitors to stay away, we do attempt to redirect non-participating visitors to use the rear stairs to enter the Museum.
Remember that no nails, staples, tape or glue can be used to decorate the Lighthouse. You may tie decorations with ribbon, twine, rope, or zip ties. You will be expected to remove those decorations at the conclusion of your ceremony. Balloons, are not permitted. Alcohol may not be served.
