Membership does have its privileges at Barrier Island Parks Society—free admission to most of our educational programs, discounts at both our gift shops and our tri-annual Tidelines newsletter.

When you volunteer at BIPS you become part of a very special group of people who help us achieve our mission to preserve, educate, and conserve the environment and history of our lighthouses and four state parks.  And they do this all while having fun!

Your gift to BIPS can help conserve threatened or endangered plants and animals, help us restore and preserve historic structures, educate a child about the natural world around them or even peak their interest in history.  At BIPS we make every gift count!

“Never doubt that a small group of committed people can change the
world. Indeed it is the only thing that ever has.”
